You can ask Thameside Podiatry to delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we might hold and how to make the request.
We only hold personal data if you have contacted us — the name and contact details from a call, form or email you sent us. If you have only viewed our website or seen our social posts, we hold no information that identifies you.
Email hello@thamesidepodiatry.co.uk with the subject line "Data deletion request", or call us on 07981 309959. Please include the phone number or email you contacted us from so we can find your records.
We will confirm your request and delete the information we hold about you within 30 days, except anything we are legally required to keep (for example, records needed for tax or accounting). We will tell you if that applies.
We do not currently store personal profiles or contact details from social media engagement. If you have only viewed our website or social posts, we hold no information that identifies you.
